FALI Logo Usage Guidelines
Using the FALI logo on business cards, websites, and stationery is a great way to put your Association membership to work for you. It's an effective marketing tool that quickly
spotlights your professional affiliation and enhances your business image.

General Guidelines

The Association logo and any marks associated with FALI to including, but not limited to, the Milestone Members, the FALI BootCamp, FALI-U, FALI-U Lite, FBCI, FALI CST Task Force are the property of FALI and are protected by state and federal laws.

Use of the FALI logo is a benefit of membership and is restricted to FALI members in good standing.

The logo may be
- used for stationery, business cards, advertising, and member websites to indicate FALI membership.

resized to fit a particular use, but the original proportions of the image may not be changed.

The logo may not be
- used on merchandise or other promotional products unless authorized by the Board.

used to state or imply that the Association has endorsed a company or a company’s products and services.

altered or modified, including change in color or font.

taken apart or combined with other design elements.

As required by the State, license numbers must appear on all communication, websites, business forms etc.
Specific Guidelines

The logo must be the approved version and must be displayed in accordance with all guidelines.
- The logo colors may not be altered.
- The logo must stand alone. It may not be combined with other graphical elements.
- The logo must be placed in a prominent spot on the website.
- The logo must indicate that it is being displayed by a member of FALI. If the word "Member" is not included in the design you receive from FALI, then the text:
"A corporate sponsor of the Florida Association of Licensed Investigators" must accompany its use. - The logo may be used on a website and/or letterhead ONLY if a "principal" of the company is a FALI member in good standing.
- The logo must be displayed in a positive manner. It may not be used to depict FALI or any of its members, services, products, or affiliates in a negative way.
- The logo MUST be accompanied by a link to the FALI website: https://www.fali.org
- As required by the State, license numbers must be on all communication, websites, business forms, etc.
- Should a member decide not to renew their membership the logo must be immediately removed from everything on which it appears.
THE FINE PRINT
Termination of Use
The FALI logo is a unique symbol that represents and identifies the Association and its activities. It is essential that the logo be used properly to ensure its continued value to the Association and its members. Therefore FALI, reserves the right to immediately terminate the use of its logo to anyone at any time.
Changes to These Guidelines
FALI reserves the right to change these guidelines solely at its own discretion.
How to Obtain the FALI Logo
Please email your request for the digital logo to
admin@fali.org at FALI. By making this request, you are agreeing to follow the logo guidelines listed above. Your FALI membership will be confirmed before the logo is released. To avoid delays in this verification procedure, you must include your full name in your email.
